How do you set limits of agreement for Bland-Altman, utilize 3xSD? We see points fall outside these limits on the plots at times, which statistics from the plot outputs show the methods are comparable or not?

The criterium 3 SD is commonly used for Bland-Altman plot. Note that this criterion should include 99.99% of differences. It is also important to check wheter the differences are randomly distributed around zero in the hole range.
