Yes—AI can be integrated into HCP LC‑MS and is already starting to add value, particularly in data processing and interpretation. It can improve peptide identification, handle complex datasets, and support more consistent quantification, as well as identify trends or outliers across batches.

That said, in a GMP context, any AI solution must be fully validated, transparent, and compliant with data integrity requirements. So while AI is a powerful enabler, it must operate within a controlled and well‑defined framework to be used in regulated environments.
