Do you have similar results between elisa ms and orthogonal lc ms method?
Sometimes. The principles of the 2 methods are different, the calibration standards are different, the HCP coverage is different, and the individual quantitation response curves are different. For good ELISA reagents and standards, the quantities estimated by ELISA and LC-MS are within the same order of magnitude. For poor ELISAs, the quantitation may be completely different.
Ejvind Mørtz, PhD, Co-Founder & COO of Alphalyse in Denmark, discusses the regulatory expectations for HCP analysis, highlighting the importance of USP <1132.1> to improve MS-based data quality. Don’t miss his presentation and expert insights at the panel discussion.
